Newly Remodeled, Cozy Studio with Kitchenette in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. As we are just finishing construction, there are currently no bookings in this studio, so it's available all season!!
This newly remodeled, cozy studio apartment in Old Town is close to
everything. It's one block from Los Muertos Beach (down a large set
of stairs), a 5-minute walk to Olas Altas (the main street in Old
Town), and a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk (Malecon). It's in Villa
Blanca, one of the coolest buildings in PV, and it's within short
walking distance to the best bars/restaurants/beaches in PV.
While the studio has no views of its own, you are welcome to spend
your time on the rooftop at Villa Blanca which has amazing 180-degree
views of the bay. You also are on the same floor as the outdoor
dipping pool and lounge area -- perfect for reading a book and enjoying
the pool.
The studio is quite small (130 sq. ft.) and is suitable for one or maybe
two persons -- but you really have to like each other ;-). The studio
is recently renovated and has a new queen sized mattress, TV, stove,
fridge, etc.
If you are looking to spend a lot of your time in a room filled with
sunlight and ocean breezes that has a private balcony with views,
then, honestly, this place is NOT for you. This is the perfect option
for someone who wants to go to PV and stay inexpensively in a nice,
clean studio in the best part of town while enjoying the bars, beach
and restaurants.
