Weeks of Christmas and New Years: $1,500 per week for 2 guests
Mid Season: May, June, October, November: $850 per week for 2 guests
Low Season: July 1 - September 30: $650 per week for 2 guests
All prices based on double occupany. For each additional guest add $50 per week. Four People Maximum. Prices subject to change. 50% deposit due upon booking, balance due 45 days prior to arrival. No pets please. Smoking OK on Balcony.
